The Anne Arundel County Department of Health's Learn To Live program offers a variety of free materials on cancer prevention and healthy living topics. Those who live and work in Anne Arundel County can request one of any of the items listed below. For larger quantities, please speak with one of the Learn To Live operators at 410-222-7979.

Anyone can download materials from this site, but Learn To Live will not mail materials to addresses outside of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. If you live outside the County, please do not use the online form for requests.

Anne Arundel County residents can request the free materials listed below in three ways:

  1. Order by phone: Call the Learn To Live Line at 410-222-7979. Operators will answer your calls Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please leave a message at other times. If you leave a message, be sure to clearly give your name and a daytime phone number in case our operators need to contact you about your request.


  2. Order by e-mail: Complete the form below, then click Submit. If you would like to request more than one of some items, please be sure to insert your daytime telephone number or e-mail address in the comment field. The Anne Arundel County Department of Health occasionally sends out surveys on kits that have been ordered. If you would like to be included in the survey or would like to be notified when new information is available, please fill out the e-mail field on the following form. Reminder: Anyone can download materials from this site, but Learn To Live will not mail materials to addresses outside of Anne Arundel County, Maryland. If you live outside the County, please do not use the online form for requests.


  3. Download: Several Learn To Live materials can be downloaded by using Adobe Acrobat Reader. You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system to view the documents. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader click here to download.
