The Division of Environmental Health promotes and protects the safety of the citizens of the County through environmental regulation, inspection, investigation, and education of the public in the areas of community housing, food protection, private septic systems and wells, recreational waters, and other environmental programs.

Environmental Health provides services to ensure the environmental health and safety of the residents of Anne Arundel County in accordance with state and county laws and regulations.
