The Learn To Live Adult Risk Reduction programs provide reliable, accurate information to encourage adults who live, work or attend school in Anne Arundel County to lead healthier lives. Topic areas include:
- Smoking Cessation and Tobacco Use Prevention
- FREE self-help quit aids
- Quit smoking classes and nicotine replacement therapy for eligible adults 18 and older
- Maryland Tobacco Quit Line, 1-800-QUIT-NOW offers free, phone-based counseling and a 4-week supply of nicotine patches or gum to tobacco users who are age 18 and over and meet basic health requirements
- Skin Cancer
- Colorectal Cancer
- LifeScreen Program provides FREE colonoscopies to Anne Arundel County residents who are:
- Breast and Cervical Cancer
- Nutrition and Exercise
- Fifty Plus Senior Health Information
- Heart Health
- Worksite Wellness
- Between the ages of 50-64
- Uninsured
- Income eligible
