Community Treatment Services (CTS) Updated 1.30.07 Phone: 410-222-0113 Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The Anne Arundel County Department of Health's Community Treatment Services Program works with the criminal justice system and community agencies to break the cycle of substance abuse and its effects on criminal activity, health care, employment, parenting and other social concerns. CTS offers the following services to County residents: Substance Abuse Treatment Referral Line: 410-222-0117 (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
