Salary: $18.50 per hour
Benefits: Participation in the Anne Arundel County Government employee’s group health plan (including dental, prescription and optical), paid holidays and annual and sick leave. The selected employee may also participate in the Anne Arundel County Government employee’s deferred compensation program at his or her own expense.
Nature of Work: Under general supervision, this position serves as the lead data coordinator for all COVID-19 vaccination efforts. This position coordinates clinic scheduling and maintains schedules of COVID-19 clinics and appointments. The selected candidate will be required to have a personal vehicle available for use with mileage reimbursement provided per Department of Health policies and will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland. The position will be required to work day shift, evening shift and weekends as needed. Individuals fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Collecting data and using electronic databases and other computer software packages as well as knowledge of medical and general clinical terminology.
Training: Medical assistant and/or certified nursing assistant training and certification preferred.
