Grilled Peaches with Honey and Yogurt

Easy summer dessert under 100 calories! Swing by your local farmers market to pick up some fresh, juicy peaches and local honey. ·

  • 1/4 cup fat free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 large ripe peaches, cut in half (pit removed)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

Prepare the grill to cook on low or indirect heat. Combine yogurt and cinnamon. Grill the peaches, covered until soft, about two to four minutes on each side. Drizzle with honey and serve each peach with one tablespoon of yogurt.

Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 78 calories. Fat: 0 grams. Sodium: 5 milligrams. Fiber: 2 grams. Total Carbohydrates: 19 grams. Sugar: 18 grams. Protein: 2 grams.

Note: Also great with low fat ice cream.
