Mango Sorbet

Mango SorbetPreparation Time: 30 minutes

  • 2 medium mangos, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt

In food processor or blender, mix mango and sugar until smooth. Add yogurt and mix. Pour mixture into a freezer container and cover. Freeze 4 hours, whisking occasionally.

Makes 4 servings.
