Task Force membership:

Department of Health staff will lead strategic planning, facilitate meetings, build out community engagement and track progress. Task Force members are expected to commit two to four each month to attend meetings, develop strategies and complete deliverables.

The Task Force will serve several functions:

  1. Convene partners to share data and identify opportunities for shared work and efficiencies across systems.
  2. Develop a strategic plan that addresses the needs assessment and community priorities.
  3. Create communications to engage with high-risk populations.
  4. Establish and systematically track countywide goals and impact measures.

These will contribute to statewide strategies to reduce maternal morbidity and improve perinatal maternal care.
