Annapolis, MD (07/31/24) – Effective July 31, 2024 the Department of Health has rescinded advisories for:

- Beverly Triton Nature Park
- Annapolis Sailing
- Fort Smallwood Park
- Sherwood Forest Pier
- Epping Forest
- Fairhaven
- Avalon Shores
- Westelee
Effective July 24, 2024 the Department of Health has issued a health advisory for swimming, and other direct water contact due to high enterococci or bacteria levels for the following locations:
- Sandy Point East Beach
- Beverly Triton Nature Park
- Annapolis Sailing
- Fort Smallwood Park
- Sherwood Forest Pier
- Epping Forest
- Fairhaven
- Avalon Shores
- Westelee
The Department of Health advises against swimming, waterskiing and other direct water contact activities. The advisory is in effect until follow-up testing shows water quality conditions are acceptable.
