Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description

Nature of Work:

Serve as a key fiscal and administrative support role for the Opportunity for Recovery Funding (ORF) and Crisis Stabilization Services programs. Manage program expenditures, process admission paperwork for authorizations and reauthorizations, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and ORF database. Requires a strong understanding of fiscal procedures, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with program staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED)

Experience:

Two years of experience in fiscal support, administrative support or a related field. Experience with data entry and database management.

Notes:

Must have a personal vehicle available for travel to perform work duties. Must have a current Maryland driver’s license with a clear driving record.

Desired or Preferred Qualifications:

Three to five years of experience in fiscal management or administrative support within a health care or social services setting. Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Experience with authorization and reauthorization processes for health care or social service programs. Experience with grant-funded programs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for financial data analysis and reporting). Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Ability to learn and adapt to new software and database systems. Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
