Job Description
Nature of Work: Work with families by implementing the Parents As Teachers (PAT) model, which emphasizes parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting and family well-being. Utilizing the PAT Foundational Curriculum in culturally sensitive ways; partner, facilitate, and reflect with families. Implement the curriculum in the home through ongoing home visits to promote and foster the healthy development of children. |
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED) |
Experience: At least three years of experience in a home-visiting program or community-based program working with young children and families. |
Desired or Preferred Qualifications: Spanish-speaking desired but not required. |
