What We Do
The Task Force will serve several functions:
- Convene partners to share data and identify opportunities for shared work and efficiencies across systems.
- Develop a strategic plan that addresses the needs assessment and community priorities.
- Create communications to engage with high-risk populations.
- Establish and systematically track countywide goals and impact measures.
These will contribute to statewide strategies to reduce maternal morbidity and improve perinatal maternal care.
